Melanie Cabassol joined the organization in December 2022 as vice president of hospitality & curated experiences of the 糖心视频, Hard Rock Stadium, and its properties for the Miami Open and Formula 1庐 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
In her role, Cabassol oversees the organization's premium hospitality experiences, events and exclusive clientele on behalf of the team's leadership and ownership. Cabassol's position supports the organization by developing growth strategies towards luxury hospitality products and establishing brand expectations across all business verticals.
Prior to joining the team, Cabassol worked closely with South Florida Motorsports in curating one of a kind environments for the inaugural Formula 1庐 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. She previously worked on special projects geared towards producing exclusive experiences at high-caliber events in the private sector.
Cabassol formerly held several leadership positions with Endeavor and IMG Academy overseeing corporate events, experiences as well as student, alumni and community engagements. During this time, she played an instrumental role in hosting the 2020 Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) season at IMG Academy, managing hospitality at the PGA's Masters at Augusta National in addition to curating Super Bowl experiences for WME Sports.
A Texas native, Cabassol attended Florida State University as a student-athlete where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and family-child sciences and pursued her master's degree in sport management and event planning.
